Welcome to Greenway Farms!

To get plugged in to your new community, we recommend the following:

To subscribe to Greenway Farms email updates, please send a message to
greenwayfarmshoa@gmail.com with SUBSCRIBE in the subject line.
Also, a great way to meet your neighbors and make new friends is to attend the quarterly Board of Directors meetings. The meeting will give you an opportunity to voice your comments and concerns. From time to time a Newsflash will be mailed with the quarterly statements providing community updates and meeting dates. Dates for meetings are posted on our website home page.

Homeowner Maintenance Responsibilities

In an effort to ensure that each resident has complied with the town and community’s rules and regulation that have been established to protect the community’s standards and quality of life expected by all residents of the community, the management company will conduct random maintenance inspections each year and notices will be mailed.

Friendly Reminders

The little things make a BIG difference!   Lawns should be maintained on a regular basis. Mulch beds should be weed free.  Store trash containers out of sight immediately after use. No storage in driveway, under decks or side of unit.  Thank you for making Greenway Farms a wonderful place to live.  Register comments, concerns and complaints with the Association Manager.

Recreation

The pool opens each year on Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day.  If you have not applied for a pool pass, please complete the pool pass application. Pool passes are issued and will be ready at the pool on opening day. Don’t forget about the sand volley ball court and our newly resurfaced basketball courts and tennis courts that are available for use.

Greenway Gators Swim Team

The Greenway Gators swim team is also an exciting part of our community. We are happy to cheer on our team again this year.  Contact the manager for more information.

Association Fees

Your association fees pay for the Association’s master insurance policy, snow removal in the townhouse section, landscaping maintenance throughout the community, and general repair and maintenance of the recreation amenities.  Also, a portion of the quarterly association fees is used to fund the reserve account, which will establish long term funds to replace asphalt, concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters in the townhouse section and pool parking lot and long term replacement for the pool, pool house, tennis courts and basketball courts.
