How do I contact my community board members?
All of our board members are volunteers. In order to maintain privacy, we don't provide personal emails of our board members. If you need to contact them, send an e-mail to [email protected] or Lily Lombardo ([email protected]), Association Manager. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

What kind of changes to my home require HOA approval?
All changes to your home's exterior require HOA approval by the Architectural Review Board (ARB). Prior to submitting an Architectural Change Form, be sure to read the ARB checklist to ensure you have included all necessary information. Also see the Design Guidelines & Standards documents

I rent a home in Greenway Farms. Am I entitled to use the pool and other amenities?
Yes, renters have full access to all Greenway Farm amenities.
When does the swimming pool open?
The pool opens each year on Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day. Pool pass applications are mailed in April. Pool passes or stickers are issued and will be ready at the pool for pickup on opening day.
Can I rent out the pool for a private party?
No, at this time we do not permit pool rental.
How can I find out more about the Gators swim team?
Check out the Greenway Gators website and contact the team manager for more information.
Are the sand volleyball court, basketball, and tennis courts open year round?
Yes, they are!
How do I report an HOA violation or problem in the community?
Contact our management company. Information is listed above in the first question.
Solicitors keep coming to my door. How should I respond?
Greenway Farms is a No Solicitation community. All streets are clearly marked. When a person delivering flyers or knocking on your door calls, politely inform them of our No Solicitation policy.
Who is responsible for snow removal?
Our landscape company removes snow in the townhouse section. The Town of Leesburg removes snow on all other streets.
Who is responsible for trash and recycling?
The Town of Leesburg is responsible for trash and recycling pick-up in Greenway Farms.
Who do I notify when a street light goes out?
For street lights outages in the single family homes, contact the Town of Leesburg Street Maintenance Division. For street light outages in the town house section, call AMV at 703-771-3995, or for faster service email: [email protected]. Be sure to include the street pole number when reporting an outage.
There is a dead tree and shrub in the common area behind my house. Who do I call?
For dead trees and shrubs in common areas, call AMV at 703-771-3995. For faster service email [email protected].
I understand that the trees in my front yard must be maintained at a certain height above the sidewalk/street. What are the requirements and what if I need help removing branches?
Your street trees and shrubs need to be maintained to allow for (7) feet clearance above the sidewalk for pedestrian passage, and (11) feet clearance above the street for street sweeper passage. In addition, tree limbs that are interfering with street lights must be removed. Residents can contact the Town of Leesburg to discuss getting help with cutting tree branches away from the sidewalks and street lights. The town will meet with residents at no charge to cut back branches. Call 703-737-7071.
What are our association fees used for?
Your association fees pay for the Association’s master insurance policy, snow removal in the townhouse section, landscaping maintenance throughout the community, and general repair and maintenance of the recreation amenities. Also, a portion of the quarterly association fees is used to fund the reserve account, which will establish long term funds to replace asphalt, concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters in the townhouse section and pool parking lot and long term replacement for the pool, pool house, tennis courts and basketball courts.

Also, a great way to meet your neighbors and make new friends is to attend the quarterly Board of Directors meetings. The meeting will give you an opportunity to voice your comments and concerns. From time to time a Newsflash will be mailed with the quarterly statements providing community updates and meeting dates. Dates for meetings are posted on our website home page.

- Color changes to home facade (including your front door). The approved exterior PAINT colors for shutters, trim, and doors are Duron Curb Appeal. Siding replacements and roof replacements must be colors similar to the ones originally installed by the builder.
