Welcome to Greenway Farms

Greenway Farms is a development of single-family homes and townhomes located just south of downtown Leesburg, Virginia, off South King Street between Greenway Drive and Meade Drive SW.  If you are considering a move to Greenway Farms, please read about our community and its many amenities.

  • GREENWAY FARMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
    Date: February 26, 2019
    Place: Police Station, 65 Plaza Street, Leesburg  
    Time: 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (registration begins at 6:45 p.m.) 
    Purpose: To consider and vote on the removal of Erika Riordan from the Board of Directors.

  • ​ZIKA VIRUS RESPONSE: Read Loudoun County's Zika Virus Disease Response Plan, and what homeowners can do to minimize their risks.
  • QUARTERLY BOARD MEETINGS:  Next Board of Directors meeting is in April.   Meetings held in January, April, July, and October starting at 7 pm, at the Leesburg Police Station, 65 Plaza Street NE, Leesburg, VA. 
  • POND CONSTRUCTION PROJECT: Check it out! The pond retrofit looks great so far. Included with the plan, at least 24 deciduous and evergreen trees will be planted along the walking path. We are excited to announce that there is a monarch butterfly habitat! An interpretive sign telling you more about the monarch butterflies and other pollinators will be posted near the milk week. And bat boxes have been installed.
  • POOL INFORMATION: Pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Labor Day. Pool hours during school are Monday – Friday 4pm-8pm, Saturday & Sunday 11am-8pm, and holidays 11am-8pm.  Pool hours after school lets out are Monday - Sunday 11am-8pm, and holidays 11am-8pm.  
  • 2018 POOL PASS:  If you lost your family pass or if you are a new resident and need a pool pass, email rrutherford@amvirgina.com to request an original or replacement pass.  A 2018 sticker will automatically be issued to update your current pass.  The sticker will be ready for pick up at the pool on opening day or your first visit to the pool.  Bring your pooch to DOGGIE SWIM on September 3 from 7-8pm.  Have fun!
  • STREET TREE MAINTENANCE: Homeowners, did you know that your street trees and shrubs need to be maintained to allow for (7) feet clearance above the sidewalk for pedestrian passage, and (11) feet clearance above the street for street sweeper passage? In addition, tree limbs that are interfering with street lights must be removed. Residents can contact the Town of Leesburg to discuss getting help with cutting tree branches away from the sidewalks and street lights. The town will meet with the resident at no charge to cut back branches.  Call 703-737-7071.
  • VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:  Volunteers are needed for covenants, recreation, welcome and website maintenance. If you are interested in serving on a committee, please contact our manager for more information.

  • SPRING MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS CHECK LIST: 
    Wood rot
    Chipped paint
    Mildew and moss build up on siding or concrete
    Torn or loose window screens
    Missing roof shingles
    Maintain grass, mulch beds, prune tree branches and bushes
    Warped, missing or leaning fence boards
    Conceal cable wires
    Faded shutters and front door may need painted
    Loose or missing porch railing post
    Clean and seal fence and decks
